7-DAY EASY RETURN & REFUND FRAMEWORK

At PRIME UAE, your ultimate satisfaction is our priority. We offer a comprehensive 7-day return policy from the date of package delivery.

I. Return Eligibility Requirements
• The product must be completely unused, undamaged, and kept in its original premium packaging with all included items (1x KneadPro™ Device, USB-C Cable, Warranty Card, Manual).
• Any product showing distinct physical usage marks or missing internal box elements will not qualify for a return.

II. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Processing
• For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, your refund will be securely credited via local bank transfer or an immediate direct store coupon code once our Dubai distribution center inspects the returned parcel.
• Standard shipping administrative return handling fees (AED 15 to AED 20 depending on your Emirate) will be deducted from the total refund value.
